How do I create an account?
Download Meeetio from the App Store, open the app, and follow the onboarding process. You'll need to provide your name, email, phone number, and professional information.
What information do I need to provide?
Basic profile information includes your name, job title, company, industry, skills, interests, and professional photo. You'll also set your location preferences and matching criteria.
Is Meeetio free?
Yes! Meeetio is free to download and use. We offer optional premium subscriptions that unlock additional features like unlimited likes, see who likes you, super likes, and boosts.
Privacy & Safety
Is my location shared with other users?
No. Your exact location is never shared. Other users only see your city and neighborhood—never your precise coordinates.
How is my data protected?
We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
How do I report inappropriate content or behavior?
Tap the three dots on any profile or message and select "Report." Our team reviews all reports promptly.
Matching & Connections
How does matching work?
Meeetio shows you professionals nearby based on industry overlap, skills alignment, and your preferences. Swipe right to connect, left to pass. When both users swipe right, it's a match!
Can I undo a swipe?
Yes! Tap the backtrack button (arrow icon) to reverse your last swipe.
Why aren't I seeing any profiles?
Make sure you've enabled location services in your device settings. If you've swiped through all nearby professionals, try adjusting your distance or preferences in the filter settings.
Premium Subscription
What do I get with Meeetio Premium?
Premium subscribers get unlimited likes, the ability to see who likes them before swiping, super likes to stand out, and boosts to get more visibility.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Manage Subscription in the app, or cancel through the App Store subscriptions settings.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Log in with the same account on your new device. Your subscription will automatically sync.
Troubleshooting
The app is crashing or freezing
Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, update to the latest version from the App Store or reinstall the app.
I'm not receiving notifications
Check that notifications are enabled in your device settings: Settings → Notifications → Meeetio. Also ensure you've granted notification permissions in-app.
My messages aren't sending
Check your internet connection. If you're connected and messages still aren't sending, try closing and reopening the app.
Account Management
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This action is permanent and will remove all your data within 30 days.
How do I update my profile information?
Tap your profile icon, then tap "Edit Profile." You can update your photos, bio, job information, and other profile details.
Can I use Meeetio on multiple devices?
Yes! Log in with the same account on any device. Your matches and messages will sync across devices.
